This ten-day celebration offers a vibrant mix of horticultural beauty, cultural experiences, and the welcoming community spirit that defines our town.

Must-See Gardens
Gouws Sculpture Garden
Open on 25-26 October, the Gouws Sculpture Garden offers a stunning showcase of waterwise and indigenous plants, demonstrating the beauty that can be achieved without relying on vibrant perennials. Tokara Farm Garden
Usually closed to the public, Tokara Farm Garden will be open on 1-2 November, with a special preview during the Tokara Rare Plant Fair on 26 October. A highlight not to be missed is the Adamastor Moss Garden Tour led by renowned landscape artist Gert van Tonder, offering a rare glimpse into this exquisite, private space.
Zevenrivieren Homestead

If you only have one day to experience Garden Week, Saturday, 2 November, offers a perfect itinerary.
Start by purchasing a Day Pass to explore as many private gardens as possible. Then, head to the Stellenbosch Town Hall for the Garden Show and Market, where you can shop for garden essentials and local crafts. While there, don’t miss the stunning “Benches in Bloom” exhibition by the PJ Olivier Art Centre.
