Rekindle your love for drive-in movies with The Galileo Open Air Cinema

This winter, The Galileo Open Air Cinema brings some of your all-time favourite flicks to four picturesque venues in and around the Mother City. Now open year-round, Vredenhof Sports Field in Rondebosch, The Cape Academy in Constantia, Meridian Pinehurst in Durbanville and Jan van Riebeeck Sportveld in Tamboerskloof will play host to retro outdoor screenings of popular blockbusters.

Movie themes include ‘Winter Wonderland’ and ‘Christmas in July’ offering lovers of the big screen plenty of excuses to dress up, deck out your car and tap into film festivities. Each screening will also afford movie-goers the opportunity to win a mystery prize for patrons who have added a little extra effort and sparkle into their family fun experience or special date night.
