Majeka House has announced a fresh culinary chapter with the launch of Plenitude, a relaxed yet refined neighbourhood restaurant located in Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch.

At the helm of Plenitude are chef Orlando Reid (left) and chef Callan Austin.

The restaurant is a collaboration between The Living Journey Collection and acclaimed local chef Callan Austin, who is co-owner and executive chef of the critically acclaimed fine-dining restaurant Dusk. Callan steps into the role of culinary specialist at Plenitude and will work alongside long-time colleague chef Orlando Reid, who will lead day-to-day operations.

Designed as a locals-first dining destination, Plenitude aims to restore Majeka House’s legacy as a much-loved meeting place, offering generous, seasonal dishes in a contemporary and welcoming setting. The restaurant space has been thoughtfully refreshed, while the hotel’s revived kitchen garden will once again supply fresh herbs and produce to the kitchen.
