WINING

Showcase of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignons @Kleine Zalze – 1 November 2019

Join Chef Michael Broughton and Kleine Zalze’s winemaking team for a showcase of Stellenbosch Cabernet’s paired with a 4-course menu prepared by Chef Michael and his team.

An event not to be missed, the Cabernet showcase will include the likes of Kanonkop, Rust en Vrede, Le Riche, Alto, Thelema and Kleine Zalze.

Cost: R890 per person (includes wine, a 4-course gourmet menu, water, coffee or tea & gratuity)

Seats are limited to 50 people, so bookings are advised to avoid disappointment. 

Celebrate Chenin Blanc Festival @Perdeberg Wines – 2 November 2019

Chenin Blanc has made huge strides in quality and popularity over the last few years. The first “Celebrate Chenin” Festival, presented by Perdeberg Wines will share this passion with wine lovers, showing off styles from serious barrel-fermented whites, easy-drinking fruity summer wine right up toMethóde Cap Classique bubblies and incredible dessert wines. Twenty wineries will offer their wines for tasting and for sale directly to visitors. Food Trucks and live music will round off the experience.

Chenin Blanc has made huge strides in quality and popularity over the last few years, with a passionate group of producers aiming for the stars!

Sunset Fridays @Kunjani Wines – 1 November 2019

From November 2019 to February 2020 Kunjani wines will be open for sundowners and platters from 4pm to 7pm.

Watch the sunset over Bottelary Hills on Friday 1 November, while enjoying cheese & charcuterie platters. Join Kunjani at the end of a long work week to relax and unwind with a bottle of your favourite wine.

MARKET

First Friday Twilight Market @Lourensford – 1 November 2019

First Fridays happen every first Friday of each month. On these nights, their resident DJ will showcase themed music the our dance floor will also be ready for an evening of frolicking under the stars.

Bring your loved one, family, friends or even your four-legged kids. Entrance is free and all dogs on leashes are welcome. The Lourensford Market is open every Friday evening from 17:00 – 21:00 and every Sunday from 10:00 – 15:00, rain or shine!

The Rugby World Cup 2019 Final is here and the excitement is brewing!
