Pilates can help improve your skin’s appearance, help you lose weight and keep it off, it makes you feel happier and help you sleep better.
But now, even those who wanted to make it to the gym may have found their local branch has closed as a precautionary measure, so how can you get in your workouts while stuck at home?
We’ve been chasing home our fitness goals by streaming pilates classes from Stellenbosh physiotherapist Marzanne Swanepoel on weekday mornings. It really adds an extra dimension when you are in “live” contact with a knowledgable instructor to guide you through the session.
