Artisan gin & Chocolate decadence

ClemenGold Gin – sun-ripened ClemenGold mandarins impart a zesty burst of flavour on this cosmopolitan Classic Cape Dry style gin. Nine botanicals – with ClemenGold peels taking the flavour lead – are used when distilling this handcrafted gin in the heart of Cape Town. Excellent for a gin and tonic, smooth enough for a martini, or create a cocktail of choice:

Elderflower Collins: 40ml ClemenGold Gin, 15ml lemon juice, 10ml elderflower syrup, soda water to finish served tall in a highball. Decorate with a sprig of thyme or whatever is your favourite herb.

ClemenGold Grapefruit Gimlet: 40ml ClemenGold Gin, 20ml thyme sugar syrup, 15ml lemon juice and grapefruit juice served in a tumbler.

JackRabbit was born of award-winning South African chocolatier Stephanie Ceronio’s passion for transcendental desserts. JackRabbit specialises in creative and colourful artisanal small-batch bon-bons of the highest quality chocolate couverture, filled with specially-paired and freshly-made flavours and textures. In 2017, they won gold in the International Chocolate Awards European Open Category, and a silver later that year in the World Finals.

From the studio in Pretoria the team produce bespoke chocolates for special occasions and to celebrate the seasons. We will also be representing South Africa in May in Sydney, Australia at the Savour Pattisier of the Year 2018 competition.
